
Bickerdike’s vision for the redevelopment of the CTA Terminus site located at 2525 North Kedzie Boulevard is a 100% affordable equitable transit-oriented development that will provide an opportunity for lower-income families of Logan Square to remain in their neighborhood rather than be displaced by gentrification.
We envision a development of approximately 90 apartments, dense enough to take advantage of the size of the site and the transit-oriented benefits and designed with the historic context of the neighborhood in mind. Approximately 6,000 square feet of street-front retail along Kedzie will generate a lively street-front presence and community open space. Residents will be able to access the Logan Square Blue Line stop that is just steps away.
