Oh behalf of our residents, members, Board of Directors, and staff, we express our sincerest gratitude to Bank of America for its grant of $25,000 in support of our 2016 Affordable Housing Preservation and Restoration Initiative. This investment will have a significant impact on our work this year namely our new 72-unit Nelson Mandela Apartments in west Humboldt Park, the rehabilitation and preservation of hundreds of older units in our vast housing portfolio across our five target community areas, and our ongoing community engagement and organizing efforts.
