My name is Antoinitta Hall and I’ve lived in the community for 13 years. I’ve been a member of Bickerdike since 2014, and a resident since 2016.Antoinitta Hall 2022

I’ve been involved with Bickerdike as a member of the Residents Council, through work in the Holiday Fest, Family Day, and Garden committees. I’ve also volunteered during the Movies in the Park event.

In my community I serve on the Parent Advisory Councils for Noble Charter, Ogden School, and Josephinum Academy. I am also a Parent Volunteer with the Madonna Foundation.

I believe that the members of Bickerdike and its partners are dedicated to fairness. They appear to provide equal opportunities for the individuals and families in the communities which they serve. They strive to ensure that those areas are preserved and improved, while fighting against injustices that are happening in many communities.

I want to serve on the Bickerdike’s Board of Directors because I believe that I am very vocal on issues of injustice. I feel that what I do in my career—helping those who don’t always know which way to turn— has provided me with the experience to lend a hand and share the knowledge I have gained to help others.

My personal commitment is to ensure that I take pride in the work to preserve affordable living. I will help those in the community with my ability to provide resources. I will work to show others that it’s not good to look the other way because everyone can be a voice for change through action. If we work together, we can all be proud of where we live.

I believe that Bickerdike is a model for equal opportunities and a voice for change, and I want to be part of the work that they do.

Mi nombre es Antoinitta Hall y he vivido en la comunidad por 13 años. He sido miembro de Bickerdike desde el 2014 y residente desde el 2016.

Yo he estado involucrada con Bickerdike como miembro del Concilio de Residentes, a través de mi trabajo en los eventos Family Day, y La Fiesta Navideña, y en el Comité del Jardín. También he sido voluntaria en el evento de Películas en el Parque.

En mi comunidad yo sirvo en los Concilios Asesores de Padres de Noble Charter, Ogden School y Josephinum Academy. También soy voluntaria de la Madonna Foundation.

Yo creo en que los miembros de Bickerdike y sus asociados están dedicados a ser justos. Ellos aparecen proveer oportunidades iguales para los individuos y las familias en las comunidades a las que sirven. Ellos luchan por asegurar que esas áreas sean preservadas y mejoradas, mientras luchan contra las injusticias que ocurren en muchas comunidades.

Yo quiero servir en la Mesa Directiva de Bickerdike porque creo que soy muy expresiva en asuntos de injusticia. Yo creo que lo que yo hago en mi carrera – ayudar a aquellos que muchas veces no saben adónde dirigirse – me ha dado la experiencia de darles una mano y compartir el conocimiento que he adquirido ayudando a otros.

Mi compromiso personal es asegurarme de estar orgullosa en el trabajo para preservar la vida económica. Yo voy a ayudar a aquellos en mi comunidad con mi habilidad de proveer recursos. Voy a trabajar para mostrarles a otros que no es bueno mirar hacia otro lado porque cada uno puede ser una voz de cambio a través de la acción. Si trabajamos juntos, todos podemos estar orgullosos de donde vivimos.

Yo creo que Bickerdike es un modelo para oportunidades iguales y una voz de cambio, y yo quiero ser parte del trabajo que realizan.
