Award-winning work

We are widely recognized for excellence in community development. Our successful track record is a testament to our community’s vitality and the power of community participation and direct democracy. As our neighborhoods change and we strive to maintain a stable, mixed-income community, our commitment to pursue redevelopment for the benefit of, and control by, low and moderate-income residents of our community are just as relevant and more urgent than ever.
