Bickerdike Apartments, the property management arm of Bickerdike Redevelopment Corporation, oversees a portfolio of 1,194 units of quality, affordable housing with apartments ranging from single room occupancy studios (SROs) to co-op units, to townhouse apartments.

LOGAN SQUARE — Logan Square bookstore City Lit Books will move into a ground-floor retail spot closer to the Blue Line, a few blocks from its current location, due to redevelopment of its longtime home.
City Lit Books, which has been at 2523 N. Kedzie Blvd. for 12 years, will move into the the all-affordable Lucy Gonzalez Parsons Apartments at 2614 N. Emmett St. The apartments opened next to the Logan Square Blue Line station in 2022.
