80s – 90s Mash Up Cardio

The 80s-90s Cardio Mash Up class is a high-energy, dance-inspired workout incorporating cardio moves from the popular music and dance styles of the 1980s and 1990s. This class is designed to get your heart rate up and your body moving while you have fun dancing to classic hits from the past.
You’ll be encouraged to move your body in new and exciting ways as you dance to the beats of popular songs from the past.
The instructor will provide modifications and variations throughout the class to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities. You’ll also be encouraged to take breaks and hydrate as needed to ensure that you’re able to maintain your energy throughout the entire workout.
At the end of the class, you’ll have worked up a sweat, burned calories, and danced to some of the best music from the 80s and 90s.
