Samba Latin Fusion Cardio is an energetic and exciting dance-inspired workout that blends the sizzling rhythms of samba with other Latin dance styles.

The instructor will lead you through high-energy dance combinations to challenge your coordination, balance, and endurance. You’ll be encouraged to move your body in new and exciting ways as you dance to Latin music’s upbeat and catchy rhythms.

The instructor will provide modifications and variations throughout the class to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities. You’ll also be encouraged to take breaks and hydrate as needed to ensure that you’re able to maintain your energy throughout the entire workout.

By the end of the class, you’ll have worked up a sweat, burned calories, and had a blast dancing to the passionate and lively rhythms of samba and other Latin dance styles.
